My intention was to never sign up for Facebook on my own. In fact, I never planned on it. The only real reason why I had to sign up for Facebook is to download this song, which was hosted on the artist's Facebook page. If the music wasn't hosted on Facebook, I wouldn't have signed up.
Anyways, I suppose signing up for Facebook allows me to connect with some of my old friends (in other states, etc) so I can keep up with them better. Because I am now signed up with Facebook, I can use them as a SSO (single sign on) provider since just about every website that accepts social/third party logins will accept Facebook. However, I'll still use Google(+) sign in instead of Facebook if possible.
Lorde vs Flume: Sleepless Club
Of course, I can't really close out this short post without talking about the actual song! I actually discovered this song via a montage from the game Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. Specifically, it's a montage of combat axe (tomahawk) feeds, with nice visuals and transitions. It was created by "Remember", which is known within the gaming community as a person who does compile great montages.
Below, I'll embed the YouTube video of the montage, and then the actual song. If you read about the song itself, it's actually a mixture of two songs, The Love Club and Sleepless feat. Jezzabell Doran.
