Amazon now allows you to gift Amazon Prime

Coming towards the holiday season in the United States (which really starts after Thanksgiving), Amazon is now allowing you to give Amazon Prime to another person as a gift.

Amazon, starting yesterday, now allows you to buy the $79 Amazon Prime membership for someone else, and allows you to pick the date when the recipient will get an email notification of their gifted membership.
