Blogger for Android is terrible

While I'm busy exploring the wonders if Android L (via CyanogenMod 12 nightly builds) on my OnePlus One, I decided to try the idea of blogging from it. I'm not impressed with Google right now.

Even back when I used Android 2.3, Google has neglected its own Blogger Android app for quite a long time. Back when I tried it, it didn't even have a full editor and had a few bugs. After enjoying the new material design that a lot if apps have now, Blogger for Android sticks out like a sore thumb. It's really disappointing.

I want Google to do something about this. They can do both of the suggestions or just do one. I'd like to have a better mobile app with material design and a full fledged editor, or I want the web post interface to work well on mobile. Either way I want a better editor for mobile.

If you all haven't even noticed yet already, I am making this post from their mobile app. I can't format the text the way I do on the web interface and it shows very well here.
