Liquipel: Make your iPhone waterproof without a case

Liquipel is a new service that was shown off at CES that claims that will make any electronic device waterproof. Well, it says that it will protect you from accidental drops into a liquid. So if you go throwing your iPhone into a bucket of water on purpose, don't come crying to me if it shorts out it a drop of water gets through. Liquipel penetrates the entire device as a whole, including all of the vital components inside and out to provide optimal protection against accidental contact with liquids. And yes, you do have to send your iDevice or other electronic gadget off to them to get it waterproofed by applying their patent-pending coating.

It also is naked to the human eye and virtually undetectable. Liquipel will not compromise the look, feel, and performance of your electronics.
